Drawing on our multi-disciplinary practice experience, we represent and counsel clients that conduct business on the Internet or simply maintain an Internet presence.  In this regard, we provide advice on a host of issues that are unique to the Internet: online agreements such as privacy policies, website terms of use, website development and hosting agreements, and click-wrap agreements; trademark issues relating to metatags, keywords, and sponsored advertisements; domain name theft and cybersquatting; copyright issues relating to content usage and infringement, file sharing, linking, and framing; service provider liability; Internet jurisdictional issues; and CAN-SPAM compliance.  We also provide patent services directed to business method patents relating to the Internet, including patent prosecution and opinion services.  In addition, we litigate cases pertaining to Internet issues in both federal and state court.
